Gionee announces Gionee M7 with dual rear cameras, full screen display and M7 Power with 5000mAh battery
Gionee launched two new smartphones Gionee M7 and M7 Power in an official event in China yesterday. Both device comes with excellent features with the M7 power featuring a bigger 5000mAh battery while the Gionee M7 features a dual rear camera. The Gionee M7 is priced at 2799 yuan (around $422) and the device is now available for sale in China.
It comes with Sapphire Blue, Star Blue, Maple Red, Champagne Gold and Black colour options. The Gionee M7 Power is priced at 1999 yuan (around $301) and it will be available for sale in China starting September 30th in Blue, Black and Gold colour options. Both of the phones come with a full-screen display and have a fingerprint scanner on the rear side.

Gionee M7 specs
The Gionee M7 features a 6.01-inch 18:9 FHD+ FullView AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with 2160 × 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P30 16nm processor with ARM Mali-G71 MP2 GPU. It comes with 6GB of RLPDDR4X RAM and comes with 64GB internal storage capacity that is further expandable up to 256GB with microSD card. It runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) with Amigo OS 5.0 out of the box and supports Hybrid Dual SIMs.
It features a dual rear camera with a 16-megapixel camera having an LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, and 6P lens along with an 8-megapixel secondary camera. It also comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed up by a 4000mAh built-in battery with fast charging and comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and has a fingerprint sensor on the rear side. It measures 157 × 76 × 7.2mm and weighs 180 grams.
The Gionee M7 Power features a 6-inch 18:9 FullView 2.5D curved glass display with a 1440 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.4GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage capacity with support of expandable storage up to 256GB with a microSD card. It runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) with Amigo OS 5.0 out of the box and also supports Hybrid Dual SIMs.
It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and came with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. A 5000mAh built-in battery with fast charging is available and connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and a fingerprint sensor on the rear side. It measures 156.3 × 75.6 × 8.6mm and weighs 187 grams.
