ZTE Nubia Z17 mini launching on April 6th, TENAA approval confirms dual-rear cameras, 4GB RAM and a 2930mAh battery
ZTE was rumored to launch its Nubia series flagship called Nubia Z17 Mini that will be the successor to the Nubia Z11 Mini launched last year in China. Now, the company has released another on their weibo account confirming the launch of the new Nubia device expected to be the Z17 Mini smartphone. Even TENAA has certified multiple variants of the Nubia Z17 Mini smartphone that confirms a dual rear camera and other top end specifications. The Chinese authority TENAA has listed the device with two variant with model numbers Nubia NX569J and Nubia NX569H with almost identical specifications. Both the listings also comes with the images of the device launching next month.
The Nubia Z17 Mini TENAA listings confirms that the device will feature a 5.2-inch TFT full-HD display with 1080 × 1920 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.8GHz/ 2GHz octa-core processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage capacity that is expandable via MicroSD card with up to 128GB storage. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box and will support dual-SIMs. It features a dual-rear camera with 13-megapixel +13-megapixel sensors and also comes with a 16-megapixel front facing camera. It is backed up by a 2930mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, GPS and other options. It measures 146 × 72.14 × 8.1 mm and weights 160 grams. It comes with Silver and Gold color options.
Recently, a weibo user shared a specs sheet of the device in a post that confirms that this device will feature a 5.2-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution. It will have two variants with one powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor along with 4GB of RAM and the second one will be powered by a Snapdragon 653 SoC with 6GB RAM. It will be available in black gold, blue and gold color options. The blue variant of the device will have with 4GB RAM and a Snapdragon 653 processor. All the variants will have 64GB (eMMC 5.0) inbuilt storage capacity. It will feature a dual 13-megapixel Sony IMX258 camera sensor on the rear side and a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfie lovers. It will be powered by a 3000mAh battery and will support Quick Charge 3.0 feature. The device will also have a USB Type-C port and the Nubia Z17 Mini will be priced at Yuan1899 (around $275).
