OnePlus to launch OnePlus 10 Pro on March 31

Chinese manufacturer OnePlus is all set to launch its latest flagship OnePlus 10 Pro in its official event on March 31st. The company will be launching the device for the Indian and European markets. The official event invite also confirms the launch of the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 and the OnePlus Buds Pro Radiant Silver Edition in the event. If we check the invite again, it says the event will start at 7:30 PM IST which will be 10:00 in the morning for Canada. It will be an online event by the company and will be live-streamed on the company’s YouTube channel. The company has confirmed that it will sell these new devices via the Amazon India website via the OnePlus online store.

The OnePlus 10 Pro was already launched for the Chinese market in January this year. It is priced at 4699 yuan (around CAD $917) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option, 4999 yuan (US$ 976) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option and 5299 yuan (around CAD $1034) for the top-end 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant.

The OnePlus 10 Pro comes with a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ 3D flexible curved AMOLED display with LTPO 2.0, 1Hz-120Hz refresh rate, up to 1300 nits brightness, and 3216 x 1440 pixels resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 4nm Mobile Platform with Snapdragon X65 5G Modem-RF System, Unreal Engine 5, and Qualcomm Adreno GPU. It comes with multiple variants with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM + 128GB (UFS 3.1) inbuilt storage and 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM + 128GB/256GB of (UFS 3.1) internal storage option. It runs on the OxygenOS 12 OS based on Android 12 OS out of the box and supports Dual SIMs (nano + nano) slots.

It has a triple rear camera with a 48-megapixel main camera having a 1/1.43″ Sony IMX789 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS, a 50-megapixel 150° ultra-wide camera with a 1/2.76″ Samsung JN1 sensor, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture and OIS 3.3x optical zoom. It also comes with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera with a Sony IMX615 sensor and an f/2.4 aperture. The device has an in-display fingerprint sensor and a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging support as well. Connectivity options available are 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax 2X2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS (L1+L5 Dual Band) + GLONASS, USB Type-C, NFC other options available are USB Type-C Port, dual microphones, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos and a noise-cancellation microphone. It measures 163x 73.9 x 8.55mm and weighs 200.5 grams.
