Honor Note 10 announced with 8GB of RAM and a 5000mAh battery

The Chinese Huawei has launched a new smartphone in the Honor series the name Honor Note 10 that comes with a phablet-sized display of 5.95 inches and comes with a dual AI camera on the rear side. It comes with the unique ‘THE NINE’ liquid cooling technology that offers an 8-layer heat dissipation in which the outer heat dissipation layer has the PC-grade liquid cooling pipe that promises a 41% increase in heat dissipation and reduction in CPU temperature of up to 10° C.

The Honor Note 10 is priced at 2799 yuan (around $409) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage option, 3199 yuan (around $468) for the 128GB inbuilt storage variant and 3599 yuan (around $527) for the top-end 8GB RAM with 128GB inbuilt storage variant. It is currently up for pre-orders via the Honor website and Vmall and will be available for sale in homeland China from August 1st while we don’t have any information available about its global availability and price.

Honor Note 10 specs

The Honor Note 10 comes with Midnight Black and Phantom Blue colour options. It features a 6.95-inch FHD+ AMOLED 18.5:9 2.5D curved glass display, 115% NTSC Color Gamut, and 1080 × 2220 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core Huawei Kirin 970 (4 x 2.4 GHz A73+ 4 x 1.8 GHz A53) 10nm processor with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU,  i7 co-processor, NPU, CPU and GPU Turbo. It comes with 6GB RAM with 64GB /128GB storage options and the high-end variant comes with 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage with an option to expand the storage up to 256GB with the microSD card. It runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.2 on top and comes with hybrid Dual SIMs.

It features a dual rear camera setup with a 16-megapixel camera with LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, and CAF along with a secondary 24-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture. It also has a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It has a 5000mAh  battery with Super Charge fast charging support and comes with Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C connectivity and additional options such as USB Type-C audio, Dolby Atmos and dual speakers. It has a fingerprint sensor available on the rear side. It measures 177×85×7.65mm and weighs 230 grams.
