Vivo X9s Plus Passes TENAA with dual front camera, 4GB RAM and 3920mAH battery

Chinese company Vivo is soon going to launch its new smartphone and the new flagship in the Vivo X series called Vivo X9S Plus that will be the successor to the Vivo X9 Plus smartphone. The Vivo X9S Plus has just got the TENAA approval that reveals the images and and specifications of this new unannounced smartphone from the company. This device is listed at TENA with two listings Vivo X9s Plus and Vivo X9s Plus L with both listings having identical specifications and design. The listing also reveals this device will have dual front facing selfie camera but there will be a single rear facing camera. The device features a full metal unibody design and comes with a larger battery and a larger display. Let’s checkout the specifications and images of the device we spotted at TENAA.

The Vivo X9s Plus or X9S Plus L comes with same specifications as we discussed above. It features a 5.85-inch OLED full HD display with 1920 × 1080 pixel resolution and its powered by a 1.95GHz octa-core processor that might be one of the Snapdragon processors. It comes with 4GB of RAM and comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage capacity with no support for expandable MicroSD card storage. It runs on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box and will support Dual SIMs as well.

It features a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and we have a dual selfie camera with a 20-megapixel sensor and an 8-megapixel sensor. A good 3920mAh battery powers the device and we also have connectivity options like 4G LTE with VoLTE, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio, and other options as well. It comes with a fingerprint scanner on the front physical home button just like its predecessors. It measures 162.59×78.84×7.25mm and weights 183.2 grams. It comes with Gold color option if we check the TENAA listing of the device again.

As the X9S Plus has got the TENAA approval, we may also see the launch of the Vivo X9s smartphone in the upcoming days. To recall, the Vivo X9 Plus was launched last year with a 5.88-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and is powered by a octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor (Quad 1.95GHz ARM Cortex A72 + Quad 1.44GHz A53 CPUs) with Adreno 510 GPU. It has 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB internal storage option. It runs on the Android 6.0 (marshmallow) based Funtouch OS 3.0 and supports dual-SIM. It features a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and features a dual rear camera setup again but with a 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 sensor having f/2.0 aperture and an 8-megapixelsensor. It is backed up by a 4000mAh battery with fast charging and comes with 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack with ES9018 + ES9603 DAC.
