New Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus images leaked

We already know that Samsung is going to launch its new flagships Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus in its March 29 event scheduled for New York. We already have a number of leaks and rumors for the devices and we also seen both the devices in benchmarks and other leaks as well. Now, Twitter user @evleaks has shared some HD renders from the devices that shows the device with a glass back and a fingerprint scanner on the rear panel of the device. The leakster also confirms two color options Black Sky and Orchid Grey color for the devices. Both devices comes with a curved design on both and rear and front panels with a metal frame and the devices comes with narrow bezels. These leaked images looks exactly similar to the device showcased by Samsung’s in official teasers.

Both the devices are expected to go on pre-order on April 10th and will be available for sale globally starting April 21st. As for the pricing, the Galaxy S8 is expected to be priced at €799 (around $859) and the S8 Plus is expected to be priced at €899 (around $966). The Galaxy S8 specifications includes a 5.8-inch Quad HD+ curved Super AMOLED display with pressure sensitive feature along with 2560×1440 pixels resolution. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 or an octa-core Samsung Exynos 9 Series 8895 processor. It will have 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal storage capacity with MicroSD card expandable storage. It will run on the Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS and will come with Hybrid Dual-SIM support.

It will feature a 12-megapixel Dual Pixel rear camera with LED flash and f/1.7 aperture along with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/1.7 aperture. It will be backed up by a 3000mAh battery with fast Charging via wired and wireless (WPC and PMA) charging options and we will have 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS with GLONASS, USB 2.0 and NFC connectivity options. A 3.5mm headphone jack is expected and there will be a heart rate sensor, fingerprint sensor available on the rear side with Iris scanner and Barometer. The Galaxy S8 will be IP68 verified with water and dust resistance feature.

It will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage that will be expandable via MicroSD card. It runs on the Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS out of the box with Dual-SIM support.
