Samsung Galaxy S9 specifications leaked by AnTuTu listing

Samsung is all set to launch the new Galaxy S series flagships Galaxy S9 and S9+ in an official event on February 25 in Barcelona. The new Galaxy S9 and S9+ will have upgraded features including upgraded hardware with the new Exynos and Qualcomm chipsets. The bigger Samsung Galaxy S9+ has just been listed by AnTuTu which has confirmed most of the rumoured specifications once again.

The Galaxy S9+ has scored impressive points in terms of performance comparing it with its predecessor. The Galaxy S9 has been seen by AnTuTu, with a score of 265,000 points, well above the 170,000 points obtained by the Samsung Galaxy S8, in addition, we have been able to see some of the specifications of the device via the AnTuTu listing.

The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is listed at AnTuTu with model number SM-G9650 and the listing confirms that it will have a QHD+ display with 2220 x 1080 pixels resolution and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor that will carry the Snapdragon 630 GPU along with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage capacity that will be expandable via MicroSD card slot.

The device will also have the new Exynos processor in some regions. It will run on Android 8.0.0 Oreo out of the box. The AnTuTu listing doesn’t have any other details about the device listed like its camera and battery but we might have more details about the specifications in the upcoming leaks about the device.

According to previous leaks, the Galaxy S9 series will have Samsung’s new ISOCELL sensors that will allow “super-slow” and “super-fast” camera recordings. In addition, it has been said that the smartphone would present a lens with an opening of up to f/1.5 aperture, managing to capture better images in dark surroundings. The new recent teasers posted by Samsung confirm that the device will have a superb camera with decent low-light camera capabilities and 3D emoji features.

Carlo Barlocco, the president of Samsung Italia, has also shared a Twitter video which completely emphasizes the amazing camera capabilities of the new S9 devices and 3D emoji which is expected to be an important selling point for the Galaxy S9 duo.
