Nubia N3 launched, Specifications and Price

ZTE has just launched a new smartphone in the Nubia series called Nubia N3 that comes with a dual rear camera and other top-end specifications. The new Nubia N3 is the successor to last year’s Nubia N2 smartphone that has a similar size battery but the new Nubia N3 comes with a relatively bigger display than its predecessor.

The smartphone will be available in Obsidian Black, Space Gold, and Nebula Red colour options, however, the pricing details of the Nubia N3 are currently not available but the company has announced that it will be available for sale in China on March 24. No details are available when it will be available outside China.

The new Nubia N3 features a 6.01-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with 2160 x 1080 pixels and is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU. It comes with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage capacity that is expandable with the help of a microSD card slot. It runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) with Nubia UI on top and supports hybrid Dual SIMs.

It features a dual rear camera setup with LED flash but the exact details about the sensors are currently not available. It features a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and has a 5000mAh battery. Connectivity options available are 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS and a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

To recall, the Nubia N2 smartphone was launched last year with a 5.5-inch HD AMOLED display with 90% NTSC colour gamut and 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 64-bit processor with Mali T860 GPU. It has 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 64GB EMMC5.1 internal storage with MicroSD card expandable storage up to 128GB. It runs on the Nubia 4.0 UI with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) out of the box and supports Hybrid Dual SIM.

It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with 5P lens and f/2.0 aperture. It is backed up by a 5000mAh battery with fast charging and connectivity options include 4G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS along with DTS and AW8738 amplifier for audio enhancements. A fingerprint sensor is available on the physical home button on the front. It measures 155 x 75 x 7.9mm and weighs 180 grams.
