Nokia launched three Android devices in this year namely Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 with budgeted pricing and are getting launched in new regions with the time. Nokia is long rumored to launch a couple of new high-end smartphone powered by Android rumored as Nokia 8 and Nokia 9. Some rumors are also claiming that Nokia might launch another device called Nokia 7 but we are not sure about its specifications as of now. For Nokia 8 and Nokia 9, we have seen a number of rumors and leaks online speculating the specifications of both of the devices. Now a famous leakster, @evleaks has shared some more details about these two upcoming Nokia devices.
@evleaks has posted a leaked promo video that features 4 Nokia smartphones and out of those four, two on the right are Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 respectively, but there are two more device on the left that might be the Nokia's high end devices launch this year. One of these two devices comes featuring a dual rear camera and a fingerprint scanner on the front physical home button while the other one comes with a single camera on the rear side but has the fingerprint scanner on the front panel. We are not sure with what names these two device will be launched by the company, but according to the rumors these might be launched as the Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 in the upcoming months.
According to the previous leaks, the Nokia 9 might feature a 5.5-inch QHD OLED display with 1440x2560 pixels resolution and will be powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor with the Adreno 540 GPU. The Snapdragon 835 currently powers the Samsung Galaxy S8 series and the HTC U11 launched recently. The Nokia 9 will have 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB of inbuilt storage capacity options. It will run on the latest Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS out of the box and will feature an iris scanner. It will also have Nokia OZO feature for audio enhancement. The Nokia 9 will feature a 22-megapixel dual-lens Carl-Zeiss rear camera and will also have a 12-megapixel FFC front facing camera. It will be backed up by a 3800 mAh battery and will also have Qualcomm's Quick Charge 4 to charge the battery fast, no details available if it will have a fast charger though. It will also have a fingerprint scanner apart from the Iris scanner for more enhanced security. It will have IP68 certification making it a dust and water proof smartphone.
For the Nokia 8, it might have a QHD display and might be powered by a Snapdragon 660 processor. It will feature a full metal unibody design with thin bezels and will feature a larger camera sensor with the CarlZeiss lens. A fingerprint sensor will also be available on front physical home button and it will also have around 3000mAh battery. Some rumors have also claimed that the Nokia 8 will have two variants with Snapdragon 821 and Snapdragon 835 processor.
