Xiaomi is a company that does not manufacture the best mid-range, for our taste, that’s Moto. However, the virtue of the Chinese company is that it offers its mid-range smartphones for much less money than its competitors. It seems that this year we were not going to see the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, since the Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus seems to cover the public to which the Redmi Note are usually destined. However, it turns out that finally we will end up seeing this smartphone reaching the market, and for our happiness, it will be this same month. Xiaomi’s Indian division has started teasing the launch of the Redmi 5 smartphone for India to kick start the launches of 2018.
Xiaomi has recently become the popular smartphone company in India defeating Samsung in the terms of sales and has launched the Redmi 5a with a price tag of just Rs. 4999 and the company is also expected to price the new Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus aggressively for the Indian market again. The Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus are also expected to be launched as Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Plus for Indian market as per the rumors but we have to wait for the event for the confirmation.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 would have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 and would come in two models of 3GB and 4GB of RAM, thus differentiating Redmi 5 Plus in the power section.
