Motorola has announced the all-new mid-range smartphone Moto G Stylus 2022 that features a built-in stylus. It is the successor to the last year’s Moto G Stylus 2021 that was also having mid-range specifications. This year’s G Stylus features a punch-hole front camera on a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD Max Vision display that comes with an 89% screen-to-body ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. It is priced at $299.99 and will be available in the United States from different retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, and Motorola’s website as well. The Moto G Stylus 2022 features a 6.8-inch full HD+ LCD 20:9 aspect ratio display with 396 PPI, 90Hz refresh rate, and 2460 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 12nm processor (Dual 2GHz Cortex-A75 + Hexa 2GHz 6x Cortex-A55 CPUs) with ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU instead of a Snapdragon processor that we saw with its predecessor last year. This device has 6GB of LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB of eMMC 5.1 inbuilt storage that is also expandable up to 512GB additional storage with the help of a microSD card slot option. This device runs on the Android 11 OS with My UX on top.
It carries a Triple rear camera with a main 50-megapixel camera with features like f/1.9 aperture, Quad pixel technology, PDAF, an 8-megapixel 118° ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, macro option, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. It also has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The device comes with a 5,000mAh battery and connectivity options available are Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, USB Type-C, and audio features like 3.5mm audio jack, and Smart PA. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and features a built-in stylus. The device is water-repellent as it comes with a P2i coating. It measures 170.21 x 75.90 x 9.45mm and weighs 216 grams.
