HUAWEI Nova Lite+ and Nova Young announced in Italy
Huawei has launched two more smartphones in the Huawei Nova series today with names HUAWEI Nova Lite+ and Huawei Nova Young with both having entry-level specifications. Both of the smartphones are currently available in Italy via Amazon Italy and ePrice e-retailers.
The Huawei Nova Lite + is priced at 155.99 euros and comes with Frost, Argento and Prestige Gold colour options, while the Huawei Nova Young is priced at 159.99 euros and is available with Gold and White colour options. There are no details available if these devices will be available outside Italy or not. Both of the devices don’t have a fingerprint scanner and both come with a full metal unibody design.
The Huawei Nova Lite + is the variant of the Huawei Nova Lite smartphone. It is listed on the official Huawei Italy website with a 5.5 inch HD IPS LCD with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 (MSM 8940) (4*1.4 GHz + 4*1.1 GHz) processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage capacity that is expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD card slot. It runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS-based EMUI 5.1 on top and supports a single SIM.
It features a 12-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed up by a 4000mAh battery and comes with connectivity options like 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth 4.1, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, USB2.0, GPS/AGPS/Glonass and other options as well. It measures 153.6 x 76.4 x 8.35mm and weighs 165 grams.
The Huawei Nova Young is listed at Amazon Italy and it comes with a 5.0 inch HD IPS LCD with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution and is powered by a 64-bit quad-core 1.4GHz MediaTek MT6737T processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage capacity that is expandable up to 128GB via a MicroSD card slot. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS-based EMUI 4.1 on top.
It comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. A 3000mAh is backing up the smartphone and connectivity options available are 4G LTE (Cat 4), Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi IEEE 802.11 b / g / n (2.4 GHz), NFC, GPS, MicroUSB 2.0 and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It also comes with FM radio support.
