LG launches LG Q7, LG Q7+ and LG Q7α with Full-Vision Displays
LG has launched a bunch of new devices in the LG Q series including LG Q7, LG Q7+ and LG Q7α. All these devices come with 5.5-inch full-view displays and single rear and front cameras. The LG Q7, Q7+ and LG Q7α are the successors of last year’s LG Q6, LG Q6+ and LG Q6α smartphones. The pricing details of these devices are not yet announced but we can expect an announcement soon.
The Q7 series devices will be available for sale starting from Europe early next month followed by other countries including the American and Asian countries. The LG Q7 and Q7+ come in Aurora Black, Moroccan Blue and Lavender Violet colours, and the Q7α comes only in Moroccan Blue colour.

LG Q7 specs
The LG Q7, LG Q7+ and LG Q7α come with similar specifications with some differences. The new LG Q7 series devices come with a 5.5-inch 18:9 FHD+ FullVision 442ppi display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution. These are powered by 1.5GHz Octa-core or 1.8 GHz Octa-core processors. It comes with 3GB of RAM with 32GB storage for the LG Q7 and Q7α smartphones while the LG Q7+ comes with 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage with all devices supporting expandable storage up to 2TB with microSD card. It runs on the Android 8.0 (Oreo) OS out of the box and supports Dual SIMs as well.
The LG Q7+ features a 16-megapixel rear camera while the LG Q7 and Q7α come with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and PDAF. The Q7+ features an 8-megapixel front camera while the other two features a 5-megapixel (100-degree Super Wide Angle) front-facing camera.
These have 3,000mAh built-in batteries with fast charging support and come with 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS / GLONASS, USB Type-C 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack connectivity options and additional features like FM Radio, Hi-Fi audio, DTS:X 3D Surround sound for all variants while the Q7+ comes with additional Hi-Fi Quad DAC feature as well. These devices are water and dust-resistant with IP68 ratings and come with MIL-STD 810G certification as well. It measures 143.8 x 69.3 x 8.4mm and weighs 145 grams.
