OnePlus launches OnePlus Nord N10 5G and Nord N100 smartphones
OnePlus has officially announced two new smartphones OnePlus Nord N10 5G and OnePlus Nord N100 in the new “Nord N series” today in an official event. These mid-range devices come with premium curved displays and Snapdragon processors. These new devices are expected to cost lesser than the OnePlus Nord smartphone that was launched back in July. The Nord N10 5G comes with a Snapdragon 690 processor whereas the Nord N100 has a low-powered Snapdragon 460 processor.
The OnePlus Nord N10 is priced at £329/€329 while the Nord N100 is priced at £179/€179. These new devices will be available for sale in the United Kingdom and Europe from November onwards and later in North America. The Nord N10 will be available in Midnight Ice colour while the Nord N100 will be available with the Midnight Frost colour option.
The OnePlus Nord N10 5G features a 6.49-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 690 8nm Mobile Platform (2GHz x 2+1.8GHz x 6 Kryo 560 CPUs) with Adreno 619L GPU coupled with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage that is expandable up to 512GB with microSD card slot. It runs on Android 10 with Oxygen OS 10.5 and supports Dual SIM slots.
It has a quad-rear camera with a 64-megapixel main camera with f/1.79 aperture, LED flash, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f/2.25 aperture, and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. It also has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.05 aperture.
The device has a 4,300mAh battery with Warp Charge 30T, fast charging, and comes with 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, NFC, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack connectivity options. This device also has stereo speakers and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It measures 163 x 74.7 x 8.95mm and weighs 190g.
The OnePlus Nord N100 features a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD screen with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 1600 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 460 11nm Mobile Platform (1.8GHz x 4+1.6GHz x 4 Kryo 240 CPUs) with Adreno 610 GPU. It comes with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.1) inbuilt storage and expandable storage up to 256GB with a microSD card slot. It runs on Android 10 with Oxygen OS 10.5 and supports Dual SIM.
It has a triple rear camera with a 13-megapixel main camera with f/2.2 aperture, LED flash, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. It also has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It has a slightly bigger 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and supports Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack connectivity options. It also comes with stereo speakers and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It measures 164.9 x 65.1 x 8.49mm and weighs 188g.
