Asus launches ZenFone Live smartphone with metal body, 2GB RAM and 2650mAh battery

Asus has launched a new smartphone in the Asus Zenfone series called Asus Zenfone Live which features a full metal body and has mid-range specifications. The Zenfone Live comes with a ZB501KL model number and Asus is claiming it to be the world’s first smartphone that comes with real-time beautification along with a live-streaming beautification app that lets you help your skin blemishes removal in real-time. You can integrate this BeautyLive app with other apps like Facebook, Twitter and many other similar apps. It comes with dual MEMS microphones for noise cancellation and enhancing the audio with the help of a five-magnet speaker and smart amp. The Asus Zenfone Live features a 5-inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display with a 75% screen-to-body ratio and 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with Adreno 306 GPU and paired with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB / 32GB internal storage and additional microSD card expandable storage up to 128 GB. It supports hybrid Dual-SIMs and runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box with Zen UI 3.5 on top.

It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture and 5P lens while we have a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, 1.4 um pixel size, soft LED flash and an 82-degree wide-angle lens. It is backed up by a 2650mAh battery and comes with connectivity options like 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio support and we have Dual microphones and a smart Amplifier for enhanced audio experience. It measures 141.2 x 71.74 x 7.95mm and weighs 130 grams. It comes with Shimmer Gold, Rose Pink and Navy Black colour options.
