Motorola launches Moto G42 priced at INR 13999 in India

Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Motorola, has launched the new Moto G series smartphone Moto G42 in the Indian market. This new mid-range smartphone features a Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a Snapdragon processor inside. It also has a 5,000mAh battery and runs on the Android 12 OS out of the box.

Moto G42 Price

In India, the Moto G42 is priced at INR 13,999 for the 4GB RAM+ 64GB inbuilt storage variant and will be available via online retailer Flipkart and from offline retail stores starting from July 11th. The company has also launched some launch day offers for the customers which include an INR 1000 instant discount with SBI credit cards, cashback on Reliance Jio recharges worth up to Rs. 2000 and a Rs. 549 discount on annual membership of Zee5. Moto G42 Specifications

The Motorola Moto G42 features a 6.4-inch FHD+ MaxVision 20:9 aspect ratio AMOLED display with 2400×1080 pixels resolution and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 680 6nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 610 GPU. It comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of built-in storage with expandable storage of up to 1TB with the help of a microSD card slot. It runs on the Android 12 OS with My UX on top of it. It supports Dual SIM (nano + nano + microSD) as well.

It has a triple rear camera with a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel 118° ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, depth function, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture with LED flash. It also has a 16-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture. It comes with a 5000mAh battery with a 20W turbocharging 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, FM Radio, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The device comes with splash-resistant IP52 ratings. It comes with connectivity options like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC. It measures 160.61×73.47x 8.26mm and weighs 174.5 grams.
