Samsung Galaxy S8 is again leaked with new set of images
Samsung is expected to launch its new flagship device Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus in its upcoming rumored event on March 29 after the MWC event and will be available in the US starting April 21st. However, the company has a joint press conference with Reliance Jio on February 28th at the MWC 2017 in New York and we can see a preview of the flagship device at the event.
Now, some live images from the Galaxy S8 have been leaked online showing the device from all sides. The new leaked images of the Galaxy S8 don’t have the fingerprint scanner on the front panel but there are on-screen buttons available at the bottom in the same manner as we saw with its previous devices. The device comes with a dual curved edge display and we have a front-facing camera and the Iris scanner on the top panel on the front.

The device also comes with a 3.5mm jack and USB-C port at the bottom. The Galaxy S8 leaked image shows the edge panel called Apps Edge in the leaked image and the always-on display is also available. Another Galaxy S8 leaked image shows all the icons on the display with a full view of the device. The rumored specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S8 include 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch QHD AMOLED display variants and will have a full metal body design.
It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor or Samsung’s own Exynos processor that will be region based. It is expected to have 4GB/6GB of RAM with 64GB/128GB internal storage and expandable storage through a MicroSD card slot. It will run on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box and will be at the rear side we can expect a 12-megapixel camera with f/1.7 aperture and an 8-megapixel is expected at the front panel of the device with f/1.7 aperture.



The device will have a 3000mAh battery with the 5.8-inch variant while the 6.2-inch variant will have a 3500mAh battery according to the rumors. The Galaxy S8 will be IP68 certified which means there will be water and dust resistance out of the box, and a fingerprint scanner will be available on the rear panel. It will feature the heart rate sensor on the rear panel along with a barometer. Samsung has already launched a live support page on the official website for the Galaxy S8 with model number SM-G955FD.
